RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your purchases from Classy & Co. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.
Eligible items may be returned for store credit only or exchanged for a different size if returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Seasonal/holiday items
Additionally, any items discounted 15% or more are considered FINAL SALE.
RETURN CONDITIONS

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition with all original tags attached

Deodorant stains

Perfume

Animal hair

Smoke or odors

Any stains or damage
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please email us at theclassyandco@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is approved:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
PROCESSING RETURNS
Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
After approval, your store credit will be issued via email.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Please email theclassyandco@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we will take care of you.
CUSTOM & PRINT-ON-DEMAND ITEMS
All custom graphic tees and print-on-demand items are made to order and are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference on these items.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will make it right to the email above.
