RETURN POLICY
I hope that you love your purchases from Classy & Co.. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Some purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY or exchange for a different size. If returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Swimwear, jewelry, bodysuits, sequins, hats, hair accessories, and seasonal holiday items are FINAL sale.
After this time frame, your time will not be eligible for return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Simply ship your items back to the address below after you have been accepted for a return through email at theclassyandco@gmail.com with the packing slip included in the bag with your purchase and all of your information and order return on it.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for a return. Items discounted 15% or more will be considered FINAL SALE. NO makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, animal hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at theclassyandco@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage
